It was so successful last week that we decided to do another one!

Come sip some champagne and shop for vintage treasures at Syracuse Yoga!

There are still a ton of fantastic treasures to be had, and new merchandise shows up almost everyday!

Do you need a vintage leather jacket, dress coat, fur coat, denim shirt?

How about some gently worn Levi's?

Flannels for days.

The men's department kicks some serious ass.

We have sequins and velvet, all sorts of blazers, and pretty much anything that fits the Ralph Lauren aesthetic.

I just need everyone to know, Saturday morning Radiant Flow is really terrific and full of so many good human beings. The energy, the breath, the smiles, the sweat... It's really such a wonderful 90 minutes spent with community. You really should come. I promise I'll take good care of you.

Attention attention!

We only have six rooms available for our trip to Costa Rica March 7th through 14th 2026!

Grab a friend or two and let's make this happen.

We are currently only selling double and triple occupancy rooms.

We do have one female that needs a roommate if you're wondering who you would bunk with.....

This trip has something for everyone. Ample time for relaxation, adventure, body work, beach walks, reading, chatting, building, community, Yoga, energy, work, and anything else you would want to do.

Every year I go I come back a version of myself. This will be our fifth year going to Vida Asana in Jaco Costa Rica. We have such a wonderful relationship with the Vida Asana staff, they always make us feel right at home.

It’s time to think about your future, and Syracuse Yoga School would love to be a part of it!

Here is your chance to enroll in a high quality 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved Registered Yoga Teacher Training right here in Syracuse, with a flexible schedule that makes it easy for you to maintain your job/life while you learn! Classes on Thursdays evenings and Sundays, with a few Friday nights/Saturdays thrown in to ensure we end in January. Your weekends won't be monopolized so that you can live your life!

The other great thing about this training? It’s the only one in the Syracuse area where you can practice with your teachers throughout the week to pull through your learning. This creates a much more intimate experience. We’ll teach you each week, and then pull through what you learned in our classes.

Join Sophie Tashkovski (ERYT 200, Yoga Medicine RYT 500, YACEP) and her staff for a journey into Yoga philosophy, asana, anatomy, ethics, and so much more. You will get a syllabus and there will be required readings, assessments, and plenty of practice teaching!
