Yes, really! When done safely, co-sleeping can:
1. 🤱 Help you have a better breastfeeding relationship with your child.
2. 🤗 Shorter wake times at night as you can quickly respond to your baby and get them back to sleep.
3. 💞 More snuggle time to bond with your child.
4. 🥰 Faster reaction time helps build trust.
