Why try Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is so effective because we see life through the lens of our own experiences and how they are stored in our subconscious. Our brain will develop beliefs and coping mechanisms to help keep us safe. Then, later in life, those things may no longer be needed or no longer true which keeps us in unhealthy patterns. Hypnotherapy helps update the brain to beliefs and patterns that are needed and true for the present. Hypnotherapy also helps us learn how to relax so we have more energy to heal the body.
