"My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 10 years. We were unable to afford fertility treatment for the first 8 years, which we discovered after going to a local clinic.

After saving money and making some changes in our careers, we felt we were at a point where we could do this. We were excited, nervous, and sad. We both have fertility health issues, sometimes this results in both of us feeling depressed and to blame.

At another fertility clinic, we had two failed letrozole treatments and two failed IUIs. We once again arrived at a point where money was a factor in our dream of having a family. We were at a loss because we couldn't afford the $45,000 needed for IVF, and we didn't qualify for the loans offered through their finance services.

We were doing research and trying to find a more affordable way to access IVF treatment. That's when we found the CNY website and called the next day to schedule a consultation after spending hours researching them.

We had our initial consultation appointment with Dr. Kiltz. I remember feeling unsure because we had found CNY on the internet. But after talking with Dr. Kiltz, we were shocked at how confident he was in us getting pregnant with IVF treatment, on the medications, and proper diet.

We went to our appointment in Sarasota, had the egg retrieval, which resulted in 4 viable day 3 embryos.

We had one, 3-day fresh embryo transfer done. Which, unfortunately, did not result in a pregnancy. We returned to the clinic for the filling month to undergo two frozen embryo transfers. At the end of our procedure, the doctor asked us if we would like to say a prayer, which meant a lot at this point. We returned home a few days later, and soon we took our first positive pregnancy test!"
