Great first session about women's wellness through the menopause transition. Such a great message about focusing on your BMW: bones, muscle, and weight.

Key takeaways:
- Get adequate calcium to protect bone health. Dairy foods are your best option.
- Make an effort to hit your protein needs (which may be higher than you think). Aim for around 25 grams at meals and 15 grams for snacks.
- Don't be afraid to lift heavy weights! Strength training has benefits on muscle health and overall physiology.

🍐A pear-cheddar cheese-pretzel stacker. The brioche flavor was a hit! Perfect mix of sweet, salty, and savory for an evening snack!
