Most people are waiting for the world to feel safe, kind, or sacred before they soften.

But that’s not how alchemy works.

In the work I practice and guide, we don’t wait for the world to change.
We become the frequency that changes how we experience it.

Through the mind, we unlearn the narratives that taught us to see threat everywhere.
Through the body, we regulate enough to stay present instead of reactive.
Through the emotional field, we stop armoring and start allowing.
Through the spirit, we remember that sacredness was never something to earn—it’s something to recognize.

This doesn’t mean bypassing harm or ignoring reality.
It means choosing not to abandon your own humanity in response to it.

Because when you treat people as if there is something sacred within them,
you are not denying who they are in the moment—

you are refusing to forget who you are.

And that changes the room.
Every time.
This is the work

Reverend of Universal Spiritualism

There isn’t just one path.

There never was.

Truth doesn’t belong to one religion, one practice, or one way of being.

It lives in all of them.
And it lives in you.

As a Reverend of Universal Spiritualism, I don’t ask you to believe what I believe.

I hold space for you to explore, question, connect, and deepen your own relationship with the Divine—
in a way that is real and true for you.

This is about unity.
Not uniformity.

Connection.
Not control.

A space where all paths are honored…
and you are, too.

So whether you are Christian, Catholic, Buddhist, Muslim, Pagan… as a Universal Spirituality Reverend, your path is always honored 🙏🏻

Urban Shamanism/The Urban Shaman

You don’t need to leave your life to find yourself.

You don’t need to disappear, isolate, or escape the world to heal.

The truth is…
your healing is happening in the middle of your life.

In the chaos.
In the responsibilities.
In the moments that crack you open.

An Urban Shaman doesn’t take you out of your reality—
we walk with you through it.

Through the unraveling.
Through the truth.
Through the becoming.

Grounded. Honest. Real.

Because this isn’t about transcending your life…

It’s about finally meeting yourself inside of it.

People aren’t broken.
We are all just trying to solve a whole-body experience with one piece of the puzzle.

We don’t live in just your thoughts.
Or just your body.
Or just your emotions.
Or just our Spirit.

It’s all connected.

And when one part is overwhelmed… everything feels off.

This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you understand what’s actually happening—
so you can feel safe, regulated, and back in your own skin again.

Alongside modern medicine, we bring forth holistic and ancient practices and techniques.

This is what integrative healing looks like.

Not separate.
Not surface-level.
Whole.

🌸 Ostara / Spring Equinox Ceremony

A ritual for balance, rebirth, and gentle becoming

This can be done alone or with others.
No pressure. No perfection. Just presence.

🌿 What You’ll Need (keep it simple)
• A candle (white, yellow, or pink if you have it)
• A small bowl of water
• Something from nature (flower, leaf, dirt, herb)
• Optional: journal, tea, crystals, soft music

🌞 Step 1: Arrive (Ground + Open)

Sit comfortably. Take a breath… then another… then one deeper than that.

Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly.

Say (out loud or in your mind):

“I arrive here, as I am.
Nothing to prove. Nothing to fix.
I am willing to begin again.”

Let your body settle. No rush.

🔥 Step 2: Light the Flame (Invoke Ostara)

Light your candle.

Ostara, the goddess of spring and dawn, represents fertility, renewal, and the sacred balance between dark and light.

Say:

“Ostara, keeper of new life and quiet beginnings,
Walk with me as I soften into this new season.
Teach me how to bloom… without force.”

Feel that. Not performative—felt.

⚖️ Step 3: Honor the Balance (Equinox Reflection)

Today is equal light and dark.

Reflect gently:
• Where in my life have I been in darkness?
• Where is light beginning to return?
• What feels like it’s shifting, even if slowly?

If you want, speak it aloud or write it down.

Then say:

“I honor both the dark that held me
and the light that is finding me again.”

💧 Step 4: Release + Renew

Dip your fingers into the water.

Let this be symbolic cleansing—not dramatic, just intentional.

Whisper:

“I release what I no longer need to carry into this season.”

Then touch your heart or forehead with the water:

“I welcome what is ready to grow.”

🌱 Step 5: Plant an Intention (Gentle Becoming)

Hold your piece of nature.

This isn’t about goals or pressure—this is about essence.

Ask yourself:
👉 Who am I becoming this season?

Not what you’re doing—who you are.

Then say:

“I am becoming someone who…”
(finish it in your own words)

Examples if you need a spark:
• …moves with ease instead of force
• …trusts her body again
• …chooses softness without losing power

🌬️ Step 6: Close the Space (Integration)

Blow out the candle slowly.

Say:

“As the seasons turn, so do I.
I trust the timing of my becoming.”

Sit for a moment. Let it land.

🌼 Optional Add-Ons (if you feel called)
• Drink tea slowly and intentionally afterward
• Step outside barefoot or touch the earth
• Take a bath or warm shower (your nervous system loves this already)
• Pull a card or journal what came up

✨ Final Note (this part matters)

You don’t need to feel magical for this to work.

If all you felt was:
“okay… that was quiet”
—that’s actually perfect.

This season isn’t about explosive transformation.

It’s about tiny, honest shifts toward life again.

🌿 SPRING EQUINOX | A RETURN TO BALANCE 🌿

Tomorrow, on March 21st, day and night stand as equals.
Light and dark—held in perfect balance.

This is the Spring Equinox—a sacred turning point where we cross the threshold from introspection into emergence.

For our ancestors, this wasn’t just a date on a calendar. It was a celebration of survival… of making it through the long, dark winter and witnessing life return again. Crops were planted. Fires were lit. Offerings were made to honor renewal, fertility, and the promise of what’s to come.

✨ This day is celebrated as:
— A time of balance (light + shadow, inner + outer)
— A time of rebirth and renewal
— A time to plant seeds—both in the earth and within yourself

Across traditions, it has been honored as Ostara—and Ostara was not only a festival, but a goddess herself. A deity of dawn, fertility, and new life, she embodies the very essence of spring’s return. Symbols like eggs, flowers, and hares all whisper the same message: life is returning.

But beyond tradition… this day is deeply personal.

This is your invitation to ask:
🌱 What am I ready to grow?
🌱 What am I leaving behind in the soil of winter?
🌱 Where can I bring myself back into balance?

You don’t have to rush into becoming.
You don’t have to bloom overnight.

Even the earth takes her time.

🌸 Today can be honored simply:
— Step outside and feel the shift in the air
— Light a candle for what you’re calling in
— Open a window, cleanse your space, clear stagnant energy
— Journal your intentions or speak them aloud
— Move your body gently, waking it back up

Or… just sit in the quiet knowing:

You made it through your winter, too.

And that alone is worth honoring.

🌞🌑
This is the season of becoming.
Not forced. Not rushed.
But rooted. Real. And rising.

You don’t have a shadow because something is wrong with you.
You have one because you learned how to survive.
This is where we stop abandoning ourselves… and start reclaiming every piece.

Some days healing doesn’t look like yoga flows, green juice, or deep breakthroughs.

It looks like a shower chair.
Dim lights.
Sitting in the bathroom letting your body settle.

When your nervous system is loud, reactive, or just… done—
you don’t need to push harder.
You need to get closer to yourself.

This is your reminder:
Regulation lives in the small, accessible moments.

Not perfect.
Not pretty.
But real.

What’s your “retreat within reach” today? 🖤

I’m learning something in real time… and I’m not polishing it for you.

For the last 6 weeks, my body has been waking me up between 3–5am. Activated. Gut pi**ed. Nervous system loud. Exhausted before the day even begins.

And here’s the truth I don’t think we talk about enough:

I know what supports me.I know what disrupts me.And sometimes… I still choose the thing that costs me. (Foods/drinks/exertion levels)

Not because I’m weak.Not because I “don’t get it.”

But because I’m human… and sometimes I just want ease in the moment.

But here’s what’s shifting:

I’m not interested in momentary relief that steals from my tomorrow.

I’m not interested in “f**k it” if it means my body pays for it at 4am.

I’m not restricting my life…I’m refining it.

My body has made something very clear:

I thrive in rhythm.I thrive in lightness.I thrive when I don’t overload the system I fought like hell to rebuild.

So right now, I’m choosing:• gentler movement instead of pushing• lighter food instead of indulgent overload• consistency over chaos• rest without guilt

Not forever. Not as punishment.

But because I want a life that feels good after, not just during.

This is what reclamation looks like for me right now:

Being honest in the moment.Listening without negotiating.Choosing what actually supports my peace.

And maybe the most important part…

Not turning on myself when I learn the lesson again.

If you’re in a season where your body is asking for something different—

You’re not broken.

You’re being asked to listen at a deeper level. And no slice of pizza is worth this little slice of hell at 4 am 😂🫠
