Say Hi...To Cathy?
Cathy has been with Trillium for 25 years. She began as a member and training client when diagnosed with multiple sclerosis left her searching for answers to deal with debilitating physical conditions and get healthy.

She earned her undergraduate degree, a BS in psychology from SUNY Oswego as well as Certificate of Advanced study there. She earned her masters degree and PhD from Syracuse University in psychology and Counselor education. She has also been published in health magazines, as well as written a book with other doctors and educators about the importance of health and wellness to combat disease and illness.

Her role as Club Manager and Member Experience Coordinator has allowed her to develop strong relationships over these many years.

Millions of people around the world will pause today, at least for a moment, to mark World Earth Day. It's an annual event founded by people who hoped to stir activism to clean up and preserve a planet that is now home to some 8 billion humans and assorted trillions of other organisms.

Earth Day 2026 calls on communities worldwide to take action during Earth Week to support clean air, clean water, clean energy, protected natural resources, and climate stability. These factors are directly linked to human health, economic predictability, food security, and cross-border infrastructure performance.
