Bittersweet moments today as we say farewell to an incredible team member and an even more amazing brother. Watching Kyle and Mae work side by side has been inspiring—showcasing dedication, teamwork, and family strength every shift.

Now, Kyle is trading in his EMS uniform for a badge, heading off to the police academy to continue serving our community in a new role. We couldn't be more proud of his courage and commitment.

Wishing you all the best on this new journey, Kyle. Your EMS family will miss you, but we know you’ll make an outstanding officer. 🚓💙

AMR Syracuse would like to recognize and thank Paramedic Glenn Tannahill! After nearly 20 years with AMR/Rural Metro and 30 years in EMS, Glenn is heading south with his family. There is a slight chance that Glenn will continue his EMS career down south, but in true Glenn fashion, "If I'm not feeling it, I'm not going to do it".

We will miss Glenn's unique outlook and witticisms. We wish him all the best in his "retirement"!
