December is National Impaired Driving Awareness Month, a time to pause, reflect, and take action. 🚗💙 Impaired driving continues to impact countless lives, families, and communities, and the choices we make truly matter. Whether impairment comes from alcohol, drugs, or distractions, getting behind the wheel while impaired puts everyone at risk.

This month, we encourage you to plan ahead, speak up, and look out for one another. Choose a sober ride, use rideshare services, designate a driver, or simply stay where you are if you’re not in a safe state to drive.

Let’s work together to keep our roads safe, not just this month, but every day. By raising awareness, supporting prevention efforts, and making responsible choices, we can save lives and protect our communities. 💙

With Blackout Wednesday approaching, the night before Thanksgiving known for heavy alcohol use, we’re reminding our community that celebration and responsibility can go hand in hand. 🌟

This time of year often brings increased risks related to impaired driving, alcohol misuse, and unsafe situations. But when we plan ahead and look out for one another, we can keep our holidays joyful, connected, and safe. 💭🕊️

It is important that you are:
1️⃣ Planning a safe ride before heading out, such as designated drivers, rideshares, or staying with trusted friends
2️⃣ Practicing harm reduction by pacing drinks, staying hydrated, and keeping an eye on your beverages
3️⃣ Reducing alcohol-related harm through education, empathy, and community support
