A classroom surprise filled with big smiles and holiday cheer 🎁✨

The Upstate Department of Medicine spent the day giving back through a Holiday Giveback Project at McKinley Brighton Elementary School and Chestnut Hill Elementary School.

Dressed as elves, the Grinch, Mrs. Claus and more, staff and volunteers surprised classrooms with toys and stocking stuffers.

Join us for this week’s Walk with a Doc led by Upstate’s Rachel Hopkins, MD, with a discussion on holiday season dieting.

We’ll meet at 9AM on Saturday, Dec. 13 on the indoor track of the Baldwinsville YMCA. All are welcome to walk, learn, and stay active with us! 👟

Participants will meet at the Baldwinsville YMCA for a free community walk and a brief discussion on healthy holiday eating.
