New cancelation/ no show policy effective immediately. Any appointment that is canceled within a 24hr period will be charged a 50% cancelation fee. A no show will result in a 100% fee. Not to be used towards the next appointment. I will not reschedule you until the fee is paid. Thank you for understanding that my time as well as yours is valuable.
