You're invited to tonight's Online Reiki Circle. Here's a snapshot of the people who show up. Many keep their camera off because they're in their pjs. It's very laid back. They say Hi or write into the Zoom chat, and we go into a beautiful guided self-Reiki experience. They practice on their couch, bed, recliner, or yoga mat.

The feedback we receive afterward? - they fell asleep, slept well that night, the stress of the day lifted off, etc. Reiki is an effective stress reliever, and when you're relaxed, everything works better!
