Our road is currently closed for construction with no access to our parking lot. we can not advise you on where you can park and walk to office if you would like to cancel please call us and leave message if no answer

Eh disfrutado mucho sirviendo a esta comunidad y brindando atención médica a todos mis pacientes a lo largo de los años. Sin embargo, debido a los muchos cambios recientes en la atención médica, es cada vez más difícil para un médico mantener una práctica individual. A partir del 1 de septiembre de 2025 cerraré este consultorio y me uniré al Dr. Dracker y su equipo en Summerwood Pediatrics. Summerwood Pediatrics está ubicado en 4811 Buckley Rd., Liverpool. El jueves 31 de julio de 2025 será mi último día atendiendo pacientes en mi ubicación actual.
Me complace informar que mis pacientes son bienvenidos a seguirme y continuar la atención en Summerwood Pediatrics. Por supuesto, puede buscar atención médica de otro médico si lo desea. Si decide hacerlo, le recomiendo que busque un nuevo médico lo antes posible. Los registros médicos de sus hijos son confidenciales y una copia puede ser transferida a otro médico o entregada a usted. Si planea continuar conmigo en la nueva oficina, puede firmar una autorización para divulgar sus archivos a Summerwood Pediatrics en su próxima visita. I have greatly enjoyed serving this community and providing healthcare to all my patients over the years. However, due to the many recent changes in healthcare it is increasingly difficult for a physician to maintain a solo practice. Effective September 1, 2025, I will be closing this practice and joining Dr. Dracker and his team at Summerwood Pediatrics. Summerwood Pediatrics is located at 4811 Buckley Rd., Liverpool. Thursday, July 31, 2025, will be my last day seeing patients at my current location.
I am pleased to report that my patients are welcome to follow me and continue care at Summerwood Pediatrics. Of course, you may seek medical care from another doctor if you like. If you choose to do so, I recommend looking for a new physician as soon as possible. Your children's medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you. If you plan to continue with me at the new office, you can sign an authorization to release your files to Summerwood Pediatrics on your next visit. If you choose to see a different physician, please sign the enclosed authorization and return it to my office as quickly as possible so we may transfer your child's records to the new doctor. Your child's records will continue to be on file at my former office.
You may call Summerwood Pediatrics at 315-457-9966 with any questions.
I am truly grateful to you for entrusting me with your children's health and allowing me to be their doctor. I hope to see you soon at Summerwood Pediatrics.
