We are currently seeking a Line Cook to join our community's team.

Available Shifts: 11a - 7:30pm shift

Position Description: This position is the passion of our operation, cooking from the heart by scratch daily and taking full ownership over the meals and flavors produced from their hands.

Strong working knowledge of basic cooking methods such as soups, sauces, egg cookery, sauté, grill, sandwich preparation, etc.
Understanding of kitchen safety, and sanitation
Responsible for not only the main dining room’s food service and preparation, but also Keepsake Village’s meal services and snack time preparations
Follow state and local Department of Health regulations at all times regarding sanitation and safety in kitchen and kitchen outlet
Qualifications: A minimum of one year experience in a as a line cook or culinary training in a vocational setting. Current ServSafe Certification is preferred or other Safety and Sanitation training. Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills; ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items weighing 50 pounds or less; satisfactory completion of post-offer, pre-employment physical as required.

Position Description: Answer in-coming and internal phones calls, greet guests and visitors, assist residents, and provide support to administrative staff as directed and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Education/Training/ Experience: Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills; ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items weighing 20 pounds or less; satisfactory completion of post-offer, pre-employment physical as required.

We are currently seeking Casual Servers to join our community’s team.

Shift Available: Part-Time & Casual evenings and weekends.

Position Description: The server shall provide meals and beverages to residents in the dining room and is responsible for the total resident experience. The position also involves independent and team responsibilities in regards to set-up and clean-up of the dining room for meal service and other prep/closing duties. The server may also take attendance at meals and will provide superior customer service to our resident. Dishwashing may be a part of shift rotation.

*Ensure resident is satisfied with presentation of meal prior to leaving table and has everything they need to eat that meal. Offer to provide resident with alternate, if desired.
*Clean up vases, change tablecloths if necessary and wipe down chairs and chair legs if dirty from mealtime
*Knowledgeable of menu items including: Daily Specials, Special Diet accommodations
*Ensure that food order is correct as requested by resident prior to serving resident meal in the dining room

Qualifications: Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
