Tabor Commons - Assisted Living Tabor Commons is a newly refurbished community in Tabor City, North Carolina. This is a licensed Adult Care Facility.

This beautiful new facility is licensed by the NC Department of Health and Human Services as an Adult Care Facility. Upon arrival each resident in the community is designed their own patient-centered plan of care.Our team will then provide all the necessary assistance to ensure each individual in the community maintains the highest quality of living with the guidance of this care plan. Our goal is

to connect our residents with the community and their health care providers. This helps to ensure continuity of care across the entire healthcare spectrum.

What a wonderful village!
A few special friends stopped in but not only for a social, but cute essentials for staff as well. The residents loved painting door hangers for their room doors, and hanging them out! How sweet are they? We are so greatful for all of them, and everything they do for us! It takes a village to hand out all the care these residents deserve! Thank you to Jessica, Kimberly, and Germaine along with all the staff at Gentiva Hospice! We appreciate you!

Last day of Appreciation Week 🎉

This week has come to and end, but the appreciation will continue 👏

Today, RenCare Corporation, surprised all of the staff with “Swagg Baggs” that included some well needed goodies, and company t shirts. 😁

The management team walked the halls, stopping by all the staff today to personally give the team their bags and let them know how appreciated they are! Yes, They were so excited!

This week has been filled with nothing but love and grattitude. The laughs never ended, and the smiles were contagious!

The family here at, Tabor Commons, wants everyone to know how appreciative they are for all the special gifts, treats, and good times this week. We are thankful for your time, and all your help each and everyday.

A Special Thanks to Lauren and Lance Ware, and all the staff at RenCare Solutions for all you do for us here at Tabor Commons! Also, for helping make this week so special. You are greatly appreciated as well! ❤️

Our residents and visitors look foward to all the fun decorating for all the holidays and seasons throughout the year! The staff enjoys making it happen for them too!

Day 3 of CNA Appreciation Week🎉
… and it just keeps getting better 🤩

Today our Management Team here at Tabor Commons showed our team how appreciative we are for everyone’s hard work, and dedication along with our monthly meeting! 📅

The residents wanted to participate by hand making the staff cards and loved all the extra smiles it brought down the halls today! 😁❤️

Thank you to Eventus Wholehealth for the new sparkly name badge reels in all the perfect colors! We appreciate you on the daily for making sure our residents get the best care!!

A special and greatful Thank You to Colemans Drive-In, Dales Seafood, & Adams Seafood for the gift certificates we used for our gifts in our drawing name game!! The staff are already deciding whats for lunch!! 😁

Thank you to Stephanie Williams, Administrator; Marlanda Nayle, Resident Care Coordinator; Brooke Gore, Business Office Manager; and Chrystal Soles, Activities Director they have been working all week to make sure today was great!!

Pizza, Cookies, Cake, Chips and Dip, games with gifts, and some loving Thank You cards with new name badge reels will definitely make you feel appreciated!

Management and the residents are so thankful, and appreciative of all the care, support, and dedication the staff lends to the residents daily! It never goes unnoticed! ❤️
