I am excited to announce the new workout library to all active Full Pull Fitness LLC members. As of now, I have 700+ exercise videos, along with different set/rep options, various fitness tips, and how to adjust/use the machines. Giving it my best effort to help you be your best, achieve your goals, and shed some light on all the different options out there. It will take some time to get everything uploaded, but I will get it done as fast as I can.

As of now, I have 700+ exercise videos, along with different set/rep options, various fitness tips, and how to adjust/use the machines. Giving it my best effort to help you be your best, achieve your goals, and shed some light on all the different options out there. Strength is one thing, but transferring strength into power will put you on another level. Taking the time to learn the Olympic lifts (clean, sn**ch, jerk) properly, will greatly increase athleticism along with other sport specific movements. Workout of the Week is getting an upgrade.

Starting Sunday the 29th, the workout will be integrated into the member portal on the calendar. To start some friendly competition, submit your score, and every week the winners will recieve a gift. Complete the workout as many times as you'd like and the best one will count as your weekly submission. At the end of the year, all the winners will be thrown into a hat, and one person will be crowned the year end winner getting a prize.

There will be a men's, woman's, and beginner class to keep it as fair as possible.

Lot of things coming down the chute for Full Pull.

First off, a referral benefit, any existing member that refers an individual, the existing member and new member will receive 10% off their membership. The more you refer the more you get off, stack-able with other discounts.

I will now be offering a new class which is a 2-3 hour crash course for improving athletic performance covering exercise technique, form, the bodies energy systems, personal assessments, mobility/flexibility, how to create your own workout program, and more. Every individual who completes this course will receive a personalized program to get started with along with a 1 hour session to go over the new program. Contact me for additional info and to get signed up.

Every Sunday there will be a new Workout of the Week posted on the board at the gym. These will consist of HIIT style workouts to increase endurance, strength, and offer a new variety/direction for your current program.

Coming soon to the members in the app, will be instructional videos on how to use the equipment in the gym including setup, adjustment, form, and different ways to utilize each piece of equipment. So if you are worried about not knowing how to use the machines/equipment, these will be a great tool to get you started on your fitness journey.
