I am grateful to the Tacoma and Safe Street community for this acknowledgment of a long-lasting friendship as a community activist! We truly did it all, immersed in a crime riddled, always tested S. 38th Street business. Thanks to many of you, we stayed connected to resources, organizations, and one another over the course of over 25 years. Big hugs to you all 🌸💖

I discovered yesterday that when trillium has been already visited by pollinators, the white petals turn bright pink. How amazing. Nature's efficiency is also beautiful.

It's always fun to find feathers, especially Bluejay. This is a reminder to be playful, courageous in difficult times, and that we are on the right path 🪶

This April, we're starting a new Reiki Course beginning at level 1. I think back at when I first stepped into healing work, a little afraid and very excited, and where I am now. The journey has been incredibly rich and mystical, yet the tools are practical, and the applications are endlessly helpful.

A week ago today, I closed a 29-year chapter with beloved Marlene's Market and Deli in Tacoma. She will always remain a beloved ❤️ she supported me while building another love in my life, Artemisia Healing Arts. I have now fully transitioned to my private practice, and I couldn't be more overjoyed! Thank you all for your encouragement, support, and clarity.
