With the kids back in school and routines shifting, we know evenings can feel extra precious. Tonight is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your family, hear about the day, and simply relax.

As a reminder, Wellness Wednesday is canceled today, but we’ll be back next month on October 1st—ready to help you reset, recharge, and refocus on your wellness journey.

In the meantime, here are a few gentle reminders as we transition from summer to fall:
