3Dimensional Physical Therapists are Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialists, Sports Clinical Specialists, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. In addition, one of our therapists is a STOTT Pilates instructor and another is a Certified Athletic Trainer. Our staff have worked at professional sports tournaments and at the Olympic Training Center. We love working one-on-one with people who are motivated to get back to an active lifestyle. With an emphasis on exercise, we work through your current injury and on building strength, mobility, and awareness to prevent future injuries. Our goal is that you leave our clinic more in tune with your body, more educated about how and why injury occurs, and more confident that you’re moving the right way to avoid future issues!
