A large part of realigning with our wellness internally and externally is the radical idea that everything has its root causes or a combination of factors which work together to create the bodies current presentation on the table.

When we start to make space for awareness on what we actually ask of our bodies we make space to meet its needs.
I find the most intriguing answers come up when we ask our body questions such as the following:

1. How are you experiencing the world today, friend? Do you feel this living in any part of your body currently?
2. I'm noticing some resistance friend, I honor your need to slow down in this moment.. What other needs can I meet for you to support moving at a more realistic pace?
3. I would like to honor your intention to create balance, where would you like to add spaciousness in your experience?
