Don’t allow yourself to only focus on trying to eat less when your goal is to lose weight and/or get lean. Focus on eating a variety of different healthier foods and prioritize your protein intake each meal to help keep you feeling satiated.πŸ—πŸ₯©πŸ₯š
Eating an adequate amount of protien ( 0.8g-1g per pound of body weight or 1g per lb of your goal body weight) will keep you full for longer, boost your metabolism , and will help you retain muscle while strength training!
