Remembering, Returning & Rooting Within is a restorative somatic sound journey designed to help you gently shift from the energy of “doing” into a state of deep listening and embodied being.
Through the healing resonance of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drum, and other sound instruments, you’ll be guided to slow down and reconnect with your inner rhythm to the quiet intelligence of your body and breath.

This experience weaves together somatic awareness, sound vibration, and mindful reflection to support your nervous system in finding balance and ease. As the sound frequencies move through you, they invite release, integration, and a soft returning to your own inner landscape.

You’ll be guided through grounding practices to help settle your body, followed by an immersive sound meditation that opens the space for introspection, rest, and renewal. The session concludes with time for gentle reflection with body mapping, and a grounding tea to support integration before stepping back into the world. As always you’re encouraged to honor your body, and do what feels right for you through out this somatic sound journey. The journaling portion and tea are optional.

Participants can expect to leave feeling more centered, spacious, and attuned — rooted in self-awareness and aligned with the quieter wisdom that arises when we pause and listen from within.

Pre-registration is required. Class size is limited.

Last Friday evening, I had the heartfelt honor of guiding a restorative sound meditation at Source Yoga in Tacoma.

We began with some gentle, grounding movement to help us arrive, fully present in our bodies and surroundings, before creating our cozy rest nests for the sound journey. This mindful settling prepares our bodies to receive and attune more deeply to the frequencies and vibrations.

After the meditation, we drank an Ayurvedic Tulsi-Ginger Spiced tea, and explored body mapping as a way to integrate and reflect on our experience. I invited anyone who felt called to share, and it was such a gift to hear the beautiful range of insights that emerged, how certain sounds resonated uniquely for each person.

I’m deeply grateful for the warmth and openness of the Source Yoga community. It was such a joy to share the healing power of sound with you all. Thank you for entrusting me to guide you through this experience.

I look forward to creating more of these heart-connected community experiences.

Thank you to Erin for the invitation to offer this experience at Source Yoga. Thank you to Liz Dobson for attending to everyone upon check-in. Thank you to my daughter who was my support system throughout, helping to setup and take down, along with snapping some photos of the evening.

The Autumn Equinox Sound Bath & Brunch at
Hotel Sorrento was a beautiful way to welcome the transition into fall. Slowing down, gentle movement, and deep listening were what this gathering was all about.

We reflected on the past season, wisdom gained and what to release. Planted intentions for how we want to move through this next season.

🍂What have you learned so far in this season of letting go?

It’s been a beautiful journey being able to share these transformative holistic practices that have been life changing for me with others.

My work is deeply rooted in a body-centered, trauma-sensitive approach that lovingly supports your connection to your inner world—your sensations, emotions, and movement. In our sessions, I invite you to gently slow down and tune into the natural rhythms, signals, and the quiet wisdom your body holds. Together, we create space to nurture your nervous system’s ability to find connection and safety from within. There’s no pressure or expectation—just open invitation to listen, to feel, and to build a sense of trust with your body and yourself.

Modalities I have an education in and bring a trauma informed framework to are:
yoga
mindfulness
somatic sound meditation
somatic movement

I offer individual and group sessions consisting of:
Yoga
Soulful Embodiment
Somatic Oracle Readings
Somatic Sound Meditation
Yoga Nidra

Some benefits you can expect from working with me:
•re-educate the nervous system
•regulate the nervous system
•improve movement patterns
•increase body awareness
•reduce anxiety & improve mood
•increase Emotional awareness
•provide pain relief
•help process and integrate overwhelming life experiences
•release stress
•foster resilience

it is important to acknowledge that somatic work is rooted in indigenous ways of being. Across all 5 continents, Indigenous people have historically developed rituals that center the body. From Qi Gong in China to Curandero traditions in the americas, indigenous technologies encourage healing through a deep connection, awareness and tending of the body.

I invite you to reach out if this resonates with you and you’re interested in working with me, either individually or in a group. Group sessions can be curated to create something fun, meaningful and engaging for a specific occasion. I have had clients who have booked for birthdays, gifted a session to a loved one, girls night, etc.

If you’ve worked with me or taking my yoga classes, I would love for you to leave a comment to share about your experience. 🫶🏽
