Pregnancy has a way of bringing thoughts to the surface you didn’t even know were there. Fear. Doubt. “What if…?” spirals.

Those thoughts aren’t wrong to have! Trust me, this came straight from the memory vault of my pregnancy thoughts.
You can wrestle with them. Sit with them. Bring them into the light… But don’t stay there, sis! Because the way you actually release fear isn’t by trying harder to be calm, it’s by replacing it with truth.

God’s Word doesn’t just comfort, it anchors us deeply in truth over anxiety. It reminds us what is actually true when everything feels uncertain.

So when the invasive thought comes…
meet it with Scripture.
Meet it with truth.
Meet it with the voice of God over your birth, your body, and your baby!!

Availability Update!!! ✨ My books are filling for upcoming due dates, and I would love to walk alongside you in this season.

My heart feels like it could burst in this season. The kind of full that only comes when you realize… none of this was built by your own hands.

Over and over, the Lord has been gently asking me to loosen my grip, surrender my plans, and trust Him with this business, this calling, this future.
And every time I do, it’s like He says, “watch Me work.” And He has!!

To every mom and dad who has trusted me with your sacred birth space, your vulnerable prayers, your tender pregnancy journey… I don’t take that lightly. It’s holy ground every single time.

This isn’t just “busy season.”
This is obedience bearing fruit & God’s kindness on display.

And I’m just so, so grateful.

The art of becoming a mother is beyond words, music, or photos.
How can you capture the first flutter of feet in your belly?
How do you express the overwhelming feeling of uncertainty, mixed with a deep, unshakable knowing that this child was always meant for you?
What combination of notes could ever compare to the sound of your baby’s first cry as they enter the world?
What amount of reading, or listening to others tell their tales, could ever compare to experiencing it for yourself?
Stretching, molding, knitting, glowing… spinning, retching, snapping, crying, tired beyond belief (have I ever been this tired?)

What a treasure it is to house life. What an honor it is to be their first love, their first comfort, their first home.
May God give grace to carry, to deliver, to nurture, and someday… to release.

What words could ever describe the releasing? I can’t fathom it.
I won’t dwell on it. I’m still here, nurturing them 🌱🌱🌱

Super special that this younger girl from high school found me all these years later and asked me to be her doula! It’s been so sweet getting to know her better throughout her pregnancy and now just a few weeks away from meeting her little girl 🩷

I’ve seen a lot of different approaches to birth, and somewhere along the way it started to feel like you had to pick a lane and fully commit to it 🌿✨🌙🔮🕊️🌀 vs 🏥🛌📈📉⌚️🖥️

either super crunchy or super clinical
either all intuition or all protocol

most women I talk to don’t actually want either extreme. they just want to feel calm, informed, and supported!

that’s kind of the lane I stay in :) somewhere in the middle, informed, empowered, secure in your own choices for birth, where we’re both guided by the Holy Spirit and trusting God for the outcome of birth, since we have done our due diligence preparing, praying and now trusting! ☺️🙏🏻🌸🧺👏🏼🧠🫂☕️🫶🏻🪩🍫

I didn’t actually make my kid dress up as a fairy…
pretty sure he just overheard us talking about fairy vibes and said “say less” 🧚‍♂️😂 He ran back outside fully committed and honestly, it was the cutest little addition we didn’t know we needed 💚

Also, I had no idea how a glitter gem bump shoot was gonna turn out because like, how many angles can you get of a sparkly belly??
Apparently… NOT ENOUGH 😭✨ I’m obsessed.
