Sometimes you just have to let the bad girl out.

Sometimes you just have to do what you got to do but you don't have to let it Linger on and stay with you because that will cause you pain

Today, I am grateful for wonderful and interesting life. I had a stroke 8 weeks ago a little tia but it affects my speech and mobility just a little. Today on my 54th birthday I plan on shopping, breakfast and learning more hypnotherapy. Thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday and supported my emotional health.
