Sip this soothing holiday tea to calm your gut and your mind 🤗

GUT-FRIENDLY HOLIDAY DIGESTIVE TEA
Warm • Calming • Bloat-Reducing
Ingredients:
💦 1 cup water OR
🥥 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
🫚3–4 fresh ginger slices
✔️ 1 cinnamon stick
🟤 2–3 whole cloves
⭐ 1 star anise (optional)
🌱 ½ tsp fennel seeds
🍊 ½ tsp orange zest
🍁 1 tsp maple syrup
🧂 Tiny pinch of sea salt
Directions:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a small pot.
2️⃣ Bring to a gentle boil.
3️⃣ Reduce heat and simmer 10–12 minutes.
4️⃣ Strain into your favorite mug.
5️⃣ Sweeten lightly if desired.
6️⃣ Sip warm + slow
