Sharing this sweet review! And some business updates!

Margo and her partner were the perfect couple to have one of my last private childbirth classes with.
This review was a nice Segway into maternity leave for me. ❤️

At the end of the week, we are officially on baby watch + maternity leave begins!
I have some last classes and things to wrap up, but come Friday… there will be a big shift.

While I support other families preparing to welcome their babies, now it will be my turn to go inward and prepare to do the same.

How long will I be gone?
To be honest, I don’t know.
I’ve never had 3 kids before, went back to school and ran a business at the same time.
I’m going to assume my capacity to do all the things won’t be there. But that’s why there are seasons in life and seasons for different things.

So with Autumn upon us, I’m looking forward to not worrying about all the things right now and taking it one thing at a time. I look forward to being home during all these chilly winter months full of holidays, and being more present with my magical kids than I have been in a long time.

I’ll still be here, just different. ✨

I’m tearing up because it’s been FIVE YEARS of wanting to do this! I received a partial scholarship from Gold Lactation Academy and it’s helping me make dreams come true.
I’ve done all I could to prepare up to this point, but now the long journey to becoming an IBCLC officially starts!
Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!! 😭🙏

JULY is here which means we’ve reached the month of class!
I have two spots left and would love to have you and a partner join me.

Class will start at 9 and we will go until noon.
There will be hands-on learning and plenty of time for Q&A to cover any specific questions that may (and do) come up for folks as we start to dive deeper into these topics.

Class is held in the studio at Thresholds Collective in Tacoma. You can expect an intimate class setting with floor seating, a coffee bar, and plenty of easy parking out front.

It’s been ONE YEAR since the original Mom & Baby Support Group re-launched!

There was a big halt during the peak of COVID, and then June of 2023 I was asked to take over and do a re-launch.. and lemme tell ya…
The first month, there was only ONE mom that consistently showed up. (If you’re reading this you know who you are! ILY!) but I remained hopeful!

And here we are a whole year later, and many moms and babies have cycled through.
Some of these babies just turned one, some are starting solid foods, they’re learning to roll, they’re waking their moms up 😆 they’re doing all the things BUT….
Most the most notable thing to me is that their moms are showing up for them, growing and learning along side them.

With the other moms….They’re open and real.
Processing birth stories, mental health struggles, relationship changes, returning back to work (or not), feeding and all that comes with, sleep, developmental milestones, you name it.

So here’s to one year and hopefully many more!
I hope you are all so proud of yourselves wherever you’re at on your parenting journey. ❤️

Registration is live!
I’m excited to be opening up this class to more folks this time. Usually, it’s an additional class people sign up for with their childbirth class. But now it’s something you can take separately!!
I won’t be holding another one before I go on maternity leave at the end of August… so this is it, you guys!
