I sent a photo to a fascia expert.

She said:
Your back pain? Starts in your feet.
Your knee tension? Starts in your feet.
Your diaphragm? Collapsing forward.

The biggest mistake I've made with my health is letting chronic pain control me. I see it often in my practice as an acupuncturist as well.

Pain is a signal of decreased circulation of blood 🩸 to an area and a sign of inflammation. It's normal to have pain with an injury but when it lingers or there was no injury it's time to explore the pain deeper.

Making friends with pain can be an eye opening and insightful experience.

's Deanna Hansen explored the relationship between anxiety and pain and created an excellent way to release myofascial adhesions that cause pain in the body.

I've long been fascinated by pain through my practice as an acupuncturist and with my own experience. The breath & myofascial release Deanna teaches is so on point and in one week of introducing her techniques in my office and on myself I've seen and felt change!

I can't wait to show you what happens in a month of working with Block Therapy! It's truly addicting because you feel so different afterwards!
