🗓️ Your calendar is not only for meetings.
Your time belongs to you.
Your energy belongs to you.
Your peace belongs to you.

We often fill our schedules with responsibilities and forget that rest, joy, and silence also deserve space. When you intentionally block out time for things that nourish you, you send your mind and body a powerful message:
I matter too.

A nap can restore your nervous system.
A moment of joy can lift your spirit.
A little silence can help you hear yourself again.

You do not have to earn rest. You do not have to justify joy. You do not have to wait until burnout to pause. You are allowed to make care part of your routine, just like everything else that demands your attention.
