Workplace negativity is something most of us have dealt with at some point — and it's not easy to navigate.

We're so excited to bring Jack Stahlmann to this year's conference as our closing keynote speaker. His session, The Upside, digs into the research behind why negativity takes hold at work and — more importantly — what leaders can actually do about it. And he brings real humor to the conversation, which honestly makes it that much better.

It's the kind of talk you'll be thinking about on the drive home.

We talk about change all the time — but George Carroll is asking us to think about it differently. 💡

His opening keynote at our ChangeMakers conference this June is all about adaptability: how we respond to disruption, uncertainty, and opportunity when it matters most. It's a strong start to what's going to be a great few days in Wenatchee.

June 1–3. Hope to see you there!
