Happy 2026 everyone! Thank you for a great 2025.

My 2026 is starting out of town on a much needed vacation with my husband. Then I will be working in Florida for a couple of weeks. While I am out of my home office I will be working on some amazing elite athletes and networking with some of the best Massage Therapist from other parts of the country.

September 2025 Schedule:
As many of you may have seen, my schedule is full for September. This is due to 2 out of town trips with my competitive swim schedule. Upon my return to town I am having my right knee replaced. I will be out of the office for about 3 weeks after surgery.

My calendar is open for appointments in the beginning of October for regular clients/patients. If you are an athlete and incur an injury please feel free to reach out to me. If I am able to take care of you I will on a case by case basis. If I cannot take you I will refer you to someone who can.

I hope you have all had a good summer and best of luck to those going away to college.

Hello everyone! Whether you are a current client/patient or looking to become a new client/patient, I thank you.

For those wondering where I am or why I am not answering my phone; it is because I am getting ready to compete in Spain in open water swimming. I have a couple of days of training left before competition begins on Sunday.

Post surgery update:
Good news - I just had my final cast put on for the final 2 1/2 weeks!

Bad news -When the cast comes off I will be put in a boot with non-weight baring instructions for another additional 2 weeks. This means the soonest I will be back working is the week of Christmas.

My new part time therapist Ryan has started working on clients as of last weekend. I will continue contacting clients/patients this weekend to set up appointments for next weekend. As he releases his schedule for December I will be adding it to the scheduling calendar.

Hang in there with me. The end is in sight. I am feeling good and very anxious to get back to work but I’m trying to be a good patient and follow directions.

As of October 28, 2024 I will be out of the office until the end of the year. I am having foot surgery on a bone that is endangering my ankle replacement.

I know many of you have been trying to schedule appointments but my calendar is closed for now. If I am released to work before the 8 weeks I will open up the scheduling.

Good news: I have found a therapist to help in my practice. While I am laid up recovering he will be taking care of as many clients/patients as possible. I will start contacting people with available days and times as soon as possible, just know appointments will not be until mid-November.

As always we will try and take care of athletes on emergency basis. Remember if you are just sore I have the option of the NormaTec compression system that can help. The system is for legs/arms/hips. If you would like a session just text me, cost is $20 per 30 minutes.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to give you all a heads up that I may need to cancel a few spots this coming week. My husband is in the hospital and had emergency surgery Friday evening. He will be in the hospital for another 7 days or so and I will be going back and forth and trying to meet with doctors as much as possible.
I appreciate all of you and your understanding during this family crisis. I will not be taking any new patients for a little while except athletes. If I had to cancel you late last week I will do my best to get you back on the schedule as soon as I can.

Great news today regarding my ankle recovery! The cast is off, everything seems to be healing well and I am in the next phase which is a boot and PT. I also get to return to work this week.

If I had to cancel you the prior 2 weeks please log onto the website premiersportsmassage.org and rebook or shoot me a text to remind me to get you back on my schedule.

Surgery update: Unfortunately at my post-op Dr appointment yesterday the x-ray showed a broken bone in my lower leg next to the new hardware that was put in my ankle. Therefore instead of being transferred to a boot and being able to at least work from rolling around on my stool, I am in a regular cast and was told not to use it even to help push myself around.

This means I am having to cancel all appointments until March 20th. I will be messaging everyone having appointments in the next 2 weeks to get you all rescheduled. Hopefully when I return to the Dr in 2 weeks on the 17th it will have started to heal enough to let me work. I apologize for my all the inconvenience. I miss seeing all of you. My ankle is healing from the re-replacement and hopefully this is just a short setback.

Many of you may have seen that my February schedule is full, that is due to me having to have my left ankle replaced. For those that know me well yes this is a re-replacement. My surgery is February 7th and I will be off 4 weeks for sure.

I know you athletes will be going into tournament play in February so if you need something please contact me let me see if I am able to work on you. If I can’t see you I will refer you to someone, but I don’t have any guarantees they can get you in. I have put 2 therapists on notice so hopefully one can see you if I can’t.

For all my other wonderful loyal clients/patients if you need worked on, please contact me as I have someone to refer you to as well.

Sorry for the inconvenience of my absence. I appreciate all of you and your continued support of my business. I will return as soon as I can and the Dr. will allow me.

******Announcement of New Hours & More

Starting tomorrow July 20th 2022, until September 19th 2022 I will not be working evenings. I will take athletes with emergencies but it will be after 7:30pm.

I accepted the position of Head Swim Coach of the U.S. Master’s Swimming program in Tacoma so I will be rearranging my schedule for winter to include one night a week plus a Saturday for my patients/clients who need that. My day time hours will remain the same and I have added some morning time on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

My house/office will be having some major foundation work preformed August 1-3 and 8-10. Therefore I will be closed those days. If you have an appointment on those days and want to keep it, I will have my back stairway available to use but no ramp out front. If that does not work for you please let me know and I will get you rescheduled.
