Coming late June 23rd we start our new Night Time class schedule with a little more intense action. This class will focus mostly on the core and lower body. We have two classes scheduled at 4 and 6. Remember space is limited so book early!!

We been working on my Wife's back for a couple weeks trying to get some more cuts and definition and it's starting to pay off. Focus guys and try to stay as consistent as possible. We know its difficult but once you get into the routine and you start looking and feeling different you won't turn back. No pun intended. Lol
