Heidi brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a diverse clinical background across post-acute settings. Her deep understanding of client needs, strong care coordination skills, and insight into affordability issues have been instrumental to her success at Family First.

Since joining the company in 2010 as a Scheduling Coordinator, Heidi has contributed across multiple departments, steadily growing into her current role as Finance Manager.

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys cooking, baking, and hosting gatherings where great food and meaningful conversation bring people together.
