Classes are also available to help strengthen the bond between both parents, the newborn, and their village. As a new parent there are so many questions that parents have that aren't always answered with compassion. There are times when mothers feel overwhelmed and fathers just don't know what to do. My goal is to make sure the mother is cared for an able to properly heal after giving birth. Every birth is unique and is equally important. It is important to have someone by your side to help attend to you and your family, and to help build your village. I am a mother of two wonderful girls. I had the privilege of being able to deliver both of the my girls in two different countries. My oldest was born in Europe, and the maternal care there was a totally different experience than the one here in the United States. I want to bring the experiences that I had in Europe here to the States. I am apart of the community that takes pride in maternal health. There are so many cultural differences and sometimes they overlooked. I promise that I will do what is needed to make sure you and your newborn will feel comfortable in your new world. My inspiration for this business comes from my grandparents; Edruth, Johnnie, Bernell, and George. I will also hold their teachings, and passions to help other close to my heart.
