Alzheimer’s Walk 2025
Today our staff and residents proudly joined other CSLS communities for the Alzheimer’s Walk! Despite the chilly weather, we loaded up the bus full of determined hearts, ready to walk for a cause that means so much to us all. The stunning Puget Sound backdrop (and even a few seals sunbathing!) made the day even more memorable.
The opening ceremony was both informative and inspiring, setting the tone for a day filled with purpose and connection. We walked through the giant archway together, a symbol of hope for all those affected by Alzheimer’s. Along the way, we stopped by every vendor booth and gathered a wealth of helpful information and resources.
After the walk, we celebrated with lunch at Chick-fil-A in Fircrest (a beautiful spot with absolutely phenomenal customer service.)💛
A huge thank you to our incredible staff and residents for your fundraising efforts, whether it was through pop-up bake sales, $1 tacos, $1 sundaes, or spreading the word. Because of you, we didn’t just meet our goal, we exceeded it, donating $1,610 to the Alzheimer’s Association!
