100% AWESOME. 100% TEAMWORK. 100% OCCUPANCY. 100% PSL. 😁

Today was one of those moments where you just pause and think… wow, look what this team did.

We celebrated hitting 100% occupancy (!!!) and took time to recognize so many incredible staff; Employee of the Month Chris, work anniversaries, and a whole bunch of very specific, well-deserved appreciation shoutouts.

But what made today’s all-staff meeting extra special?
It truly took a village.

Someone picked up pizza (thank you Costco run 👏), someone grabbed dessert, others set up food, put together prizes, decorated, helped organize,painted our sign, made & printed every single certificate (hero status), and so many others jumped in wherever needed.

That’s what PSL is.
Not one person. Not one department.
A whole team showing up for each other, and for our residents, every single day.

And honestly? That’s how you get to 100%.

So proud of this crew. ❤️❤️❤️

Yesterday was one of those moments that reminds me why I love what we do.
A group from Peoples Senior Living attended the Symphony at the Pantages Theatre “Passion & Grace” and it truly lived up to its name. But what stood out even more than the music was the teamwork behind the scenes.

From a resident’s brother (Interim Executive Director at Tacoma Symphony!) helping us secure tickets and details, to our last-minute scramble on Friday to find transportation & a driver, TWO team members from sister communities stepping up and willing to drive the bus…. this is what Cascade Senior Living Services is all about.

Because our Activity Directors collaborate, share ideas, and support one another across communities, pulling something like this together, even last minute… is possible.

Huge thank you to Cynthia from 6th Ave Senior Living and everyone who jumped in to make this happen. It truly takes a village, and I’m so proud of ours.
