Happy New Year 2026!
We find ourselves in a kind of Bardo zone during these early days of the Gregorian new year. The solar calendar has turned to the new year, however we still have a few more weeks to go to wrap up the Chinese Wood Snake Year.
The Snake has given us opportunities to connect deeply in reverent reciprocity with Mama Gaia. Opportunities to cultivate peace with stillness within the flow of life. Opportunities to hoan our discernment through quiet observation and take skilled action at the perfect moment for the perfect reason with cultivated acceptance of the outcome. Opportunities to shed that which no longer serves our greatest good.
In these last few weeks during the longest nights of the year we can utilized the culmination of this Snake energy to consciously purge/shed the last remnants of old patterns, cluttering thoughts, negative self perceptions, and beliefs that may hinder our capacity to harness the bounding energy of this New Year.
Not only is the New Chinese Lunar Year a Fire Horse Year, but it is also a Wheel of Fortune Year! This coupled with magnificent astrological alignments and outer planets shifting from Earth/Water signs to Air/Fire signs are literally giving the planet, our solar system and us a mighty boost to step into our manifestation capacity.
Wheel of Fortune is the Universal principle of abundance, prosperity and expansion with a willingness to explore new opportunities.
So, by intentionally using this last few weeks of the Wood Snake Year to Shed what no longer serves your highest good, space is created to take up the reins of the Fire Horse, and Stand at the helm of the Steering Wheel of your Life and create an expansive, beautiful, abundant, richly meaningful Life!
