We are slowing down this month, going inward to care for ourselves and take some rest from outward energy.

Our Thresholds offerings are on hold: Baby & Me Yoga, Mom Club and New Parent Group.

Keep an eye on the page for what other folks are offering in the Studio—there are still some sweet events this month (moon circles, new year intention setting, solstice gatherings and more!)

We’ll be back in January, and are working on some new offerings as well. I wonder what will come out of this fertile void?

Do it! Do the thing that will make you feel good. Even if you don’t have enough time to make it “worth it.”

Anything is better than nothing.

Go for a 5 minute walk.
Sit out in the sun for a minute.
Take a couple deep breaths.

It doesn’t have to be an hour. It doesn’t have to look a certain way. Everything counts if it makes you feel good.

It’s enough.

Every insurance is different so call yours to see what your benefits are!

I have one patient who is only paying her insurance the equivalent of a $15 copay for my out-of-network care after having surgery earlier this year.
