Do it! Do the thing that will make you feel good. Even if you don’t have enough time to make it “worth it.”

Anything is better than nothing.

Go for a 5 minute walk.
Sit out in the sun for a minute.
Take a couple deep breaths.

It doesn’t have to be an hour. It doesn’t have to look a certain way. Everything counts if it makes you feel good.

It’s enough.

A. I’m not a pro mother. I don’t have it all together. I am in the mud too. (In a really hard season right now, actually). But the invitation of .circle is to be together—not to get or give answers, but simply to be in it together.

B. Every circle is its own unique being. I learn each time, and I have new insights to bring each time.

Whether you join this circle or a future one, know that you’ll be there at the right time with the right group for YOU.

That’s where the magic lies.

Join this circle or the waitlist at the link in bio. 💫

Every insurance is different so call yours to see what your benefits are!

I have one patient who is only paying her insurance the equivalent of a $15 copay for my out-of-network care after having surgery earlier this year.

Comment 🤷 below and I’ll send you a list of questions to ask your insurance. Because we’re all confused. But sometimes it does work in your favor!

No more kegels on the toilet!

I cannot WAIT for the day this outdated advice is extinct. 🦕 🦖

💩Tip for pooping postpartum: splinting the pelvic floor.

*SAVE THIS POST if you are pregnant! (You’ll thank me after you’re first poop)

Send this to a friend who is pregnant or postpartum! (They’ll thank you after their first poop)

And YES—this is helpful after a c-section too.

If pooping continues to be painful, challenging to empty, or just plain sucks, find yourself a pelvic floor PT to help you out.

You won’t regret it.

How was your first pp poo? Mine was terrifying. 😳 Share in the comments—however it felt, I guarantee how not alone.

📢 You don’t need to do a bunch of kegels for a strong and healthy pelvic floor.

🧘🏼 Understanding how the muscles work and incorporating mindfulness of your pelvic floor into your yoga practice is often enough to ward off pelvic floor symptoms like leaking or prolapse, and address any that are creeping up.

Want to know more? Join me at on September 18th from 7-9pm for Root to Rise: A Pelvic Floor Workshop.

Comment ROOT below and I’ll send you the link to sign up, or you can find it in the link in our bios.

Let’s get you connected to your root and say goodbye to kegels! 👋

⭕️ MotherCircle registration is open!

I’m honored to be facilitating this 8-week journey again for women in every season of motherhood—whether you’re desiring children, trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or walking the path of elder motherhood.

MotherCircle is not a class where we try to “get it all together.” It’s a circle. A place to sit in honesty, tenderness, and curiosity.

Together we’ll explore the physical, mental, emotional, sexual, spiritual, and archetypal dimensions of becoming (and being) a mother.

Each week, we’ll dive into themes like:

✨ MotherBody — reconnecting with yourself as your own
✨ MotherCycle — honoring your cyclical nature
✨ MotherJaguar — finding boundaries + power
✨ MotherBirth — revisiting and reframing your birth story
✨ MotherLover — intimacy, identity, and relationships
…and more.

This offering includes 8 weekly gatherings plus a 1:1 support call with me so you feel deeply held in the process.

📅 Sept 25 – Nov 20 (no class 10/16)
🕖 Thursdays, 7–8:30 PM
📍 The Studio at Thresholds Collective, Tacoma, WA
💲 $380 for 8 weeks

This is an invitation into connection with yourself, your body, and a circle of women who are walking similar paths.

*There are 3 spots available*. I would love to welcome you into this circle.
