This month’s session features Mary McDirmid, ChSNC, ChFC, Chief Financial Planning and Growth Officer with All Needs Planning. Mary will guide families through essential estate-planning considerations to help ensure long-term stability and support for loved ones with IDD.

TWO DAYS until the Holiday Parade of Lights & Tree Lighting on Saturday December 6th.

Join Miss Fairy Winters from Tangerine Tales for reindeer games in City Hall after the parade!

Here is the full schedule for both indoor and outdoor activities:

4:00 p.m. Free crafts, face painting, carols, food trucks, and entertainment at City Hall
4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Parade
5:00 p.m. -7:30 p.m. Santa photos and gifts.
5:30 p.m. Tree lighting at City Hall

The Pierce County Eviction Prevention program supports eligible, low-income households with past due rent. 🏘️

Households will be chosen for assistance through a fair, random lottery system. The next application review is Dec. 10, 2025.

An eviction notice, 30-day pay or vacate notice, or 14-day pay or vacate notice must be in hand before submitting.

This weekend one of our team members was listening to the radio and heard a familiar name while they were announcing the championship winners for Unified Football - our client Sam! Sam was selected as the MVP for his team and as a result was given Super Bowl tickets!
