We will begin with a 3 day Free Workshop, 9-10am PT/12noon to 1pm ET each day starting Tuesday. In this workshop, I will focus on the energetics of anxiety and share tips on how to use them to diminish anxiety for you. This workshop will be packed with great information.

A frost flower is created on autumn or early winter mornings when ice in extremely thin layers is pushed out from the stems of plants or occasionally wood.
