At Simply Hot Yoga Wellness Center (SHY), we provide a variety of hot / warm yoga classes designed for students of all levels - from first time students to well seasoned yogis, there is something for everyone! We offer traditional Hatha, Power Vinyasa, and Fusion just to name a few. We also offer warm yoga classes such as Simply Yin. If you want to take your workout to the next level and burn a few extra calories, we offer Simply Sweat (yoga bootcamp) and Simply Sculpt (yoga with weights). We have a variety of yoga classes to fit everyone's needs. In addition to hot yoga, SHY offers an array of Wellness Services that EVERYONE will love! From infrared sauna heat therapy, private yoga instruction and personal training, you will have no choice but to feel rejuvenated! Last but not least, our studio offers a variety of Barre classes, including pilates barre and tabata barre! There is absolutely no reason to look any further, your journey to optimal health and wellness begins here at SHY!

Our classes have been filling up fast and we want to make sure you get in. To make sure you have a spot, we highly encourage booking ahead!

Here’s what to know ⤵️
✨ Booking ahead guarantees your spot.

✨ If class is full, join the waitlist — spots open if there’s a cancellation or no-show.
✨ Walk-ins are welcome, but not guaranteed when classes are full. You’ll be added to the waitlist if the class is full. We will ask for you to wait in the lobby until all registered students have checked in to determine if there is space.
✨ Everyone must check in at the front desk before entering class. Please stay in line — we’ll check everyone in order of arrival.
✨ Can’t make it? Cancel at least 4 hours before class to avoid a late or no-show fee.

Our schedule is posted a month in advance, so you can plan and save your favorite classes early! 🙌

Remember, the challenge is 30 classes by October 30. That doesn’t mean you have to come every single day—you can double up, triple up, or go all out if you dare. 😉 Those who complete all 30 will be automatically entered into our raffle, with one lucky winner selected at the end! 🎉

If 30 feels like too big of a leap right now, that’s okay. We still want you to join! Set a number that feels challenging and doable for you—20, 25, or somewhere in between. The point is to commit, stay consistent, and push yourself.

New SHY Instructor 📣

We are happy to announce Hannah has joined the SHY Family 🙌🏽

She first started practicing yoga in 2015. In 2018, she took her first Bikram Yoga class (known at SHY as Hatha). She immediately was hooked, knowing that this practice would help to heal her body from the inside out.
She learned consistent practice in the hot room helps you stay cool and regulated through life. Hannah completed Hot Hatha Yoga teacher training at Hot Yoga Institute. Hannah is excited to share this incredible practice with everyone as we continue to learn and grow together 🩷

Join Hannah Wednesday mornings at 9 am, in the hot room., for Hot Hatha. Check the schedule as she occasionally subs when needed.
