Spring Ridge has an excellent team of caring staff providing Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Respite Care. There may come a time when you need some daily assistance. We know that independence and dignity are important to everyone. Our goal is to support basic daily living activities so individuals can enjoy their day as independently as possible. We’re thrilled to share that Spring Ridge is now offering SingFit—a music-based therapeutic program designed to spark joy, connection, and meaningful moments for our residents.

SingFit was created by music therapists who understand the powerful role music plays in the brain. Familiar songs can unlock memories, improve mood, encourage movement, and even support speech and cognitive function—especially for those living with memory loss.

From toe-tapping classics to sing-along favorites, SingFit sessions help residents:

✨ Reduce anxiety and stress
✨ Strengthen social connection
✨ Experience the joy of music
