Whether it is keeping you from shaving off those last few seconds, adding more weight to the bar, playing with your kids the way you would like, or even sleeping through the night like you should, I can help. Are dancers athletes? ABSOLUTELY!

If dancing is more than going to the club on Friday night, then you are definitely an athlete! The training, the discipline, the blood, sweat, and tears that go into it, all firmly exist in the realm of elite athletics. Blood? Yes, anyone who has worn Pointe Shoes knows what I am talking about.

Like all athletes, dancers benefit from a consistent recovery strategy. Recovery is a Team Sport. Choose your team wisely.
