Medical Assistant - Podiatry
Our busy podiatric medical practice is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Medical Assistant with a positive, professional manner to become part of our close-knit team. This is a full time position and applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to Tacoma one day a week ,Gig Harbor one and a half days a week and Puyallup two and a half days a week. Tacoma Narrows Bridge Tolls will be paid by Pacific Podiatry Group.

We offer the advantages of a small, private practice with four physicians and a cohesive, helpful staff. We have four distinct offices, located in Tacoma, Puyallup, Gig Harbor and Spanaway.

Duties include rooming patients, taking medical histories, inputting information into the EMR, taking x-rays - both traditional and digital - and dispensing medical equipment such as boots and splints. The assistant will be paired with one provider and is responsible for providing excellent patient care while maintaining a smooth work flow throughout the day. Applicants must have strong people skills and be able to work well with patients of all ages as well as fellow staff members.

Podiatry experience is a plus, but training will be provided. New graduates strongly encouraged to apply!

Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, vacation, bonuses, health insurance and a retirement plan with matching employer contributions.

Job Type: Full-time, 35 hours per week.

Pay: $22-$24
