We’re so excited to welcome folks traveling into Tacoma for the 2025 Summit that’s taking place at Ascent!!! And our team is looking forward to a weekend of learning and sharing with other like minded professionals in the industry.

Curious or feeling intimidated by the rowing machine? Or maybe you want to take your skills to the next level? Our Learn to Row course is perfect for you! Over the span of 4 weeks, you’ll:

Master the fundamentals: Get comfortable with the rowing machine and learn proper techniques.

Build endurance: Boost your cardio fitness while working as part of a crew.

Enhance your performance: Whether you’re new to rowing or looking to improve, this course will help you row more efficiently and with greater confidence.

How can naturopathic medicine help your health in and out of the gym?

Join us next Wednesday while we explore just that!

Dr. Megan Roark is a naturopathic doctor.
Her focus as a ND is optimizing the patient’s foundations of health, with a specialization in pain management. She will be discussing what is naturopathic medicine and how she approaches primary care. This encompasses health at every size with trauma-informed care, supporting underserved communities within the LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent identities. Pain management is approached by often relieving physical and/or emotional pain that the person may be experiencing.
Combining both the mind and body with her interests in physical medicine, counseling, and herbal medicine.

Our last Tribute workout of the month in honor of the iconic and one and only Marsha P. Johnson ✨

Marsha P. Johnson is a Black trans activist and key figure in the Stonewall uprising. Often overlooked in mainstream LGBTQ history, she co-founded STAR with Sylvia Rivera to support homeless trans youth. Marsha remained a fierce advocate until her death in 1992. Her legacy continues to inspire q***r liberation today.
