I’m so excited to finally share my first yoga offerings.

I’ll be teaching all levels yoga & meditation at Thompson Parks & Rec on Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30PM starting February 4th!

This class blends mindful flow with intentional movement, breathing, and meditation practices.

Designed for all levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, my classes will meet you where you are.

Not only is she a nationally certified reflexologist, she was also trained by our mentor, the amazing Elysia Bates Reflexology Therapist! ⭐️

Heather offers foot & ear reflexology, and soon, hand reflexology as well.

~Certified 200 hr RYT yoga teacher through Recovery Yoga and Yin Yoga certified with Liza Dousson. Has worked in the social work field since 1999, currently an LMSW pursuing an LCSW. Helping people of all ages, body types, and yoga experience learn how to use yoga for health, wellness, self-care, and stress relief~Special focus on those in the helping fields to use yoga for increased awareness of compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma of the day to day work of those on the front lines of helping others. ~Self care is not selfish, it is necessary~

~Mission~To support and enhance the ability to feel comfortable in one's own body: exploring how yoga can increase quality of life. Engaging in practice for self-care, self-esteem building, confidence, and creativity while increasing the longevity of our body, mind, and soul.
