MEA was woman owned and operated and was established by Kelly Coale, former owner and President. After the passing of Kelly Coale the business was purchased by its current owner Randy Taylor. pment Affiliates Education Division is currently operating in 50 states and supplies nursing and supply kits to Universities, Colleges, Vo-techs and other higher learning facilities.
