About the owner/instructor:
Kim Dawson, MS, HFS, CES
Kim has over 20 years of experience in group fitness and personal training. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in clinical wellness and a Master of Science degree in College Teaching with a Physical Education emphasis. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, holds the ASCM Exercise Is Medicine credential and most recently earned her Cancer Exercise Specialist certification through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute. Kim's passion is helping to educate future fitness professionals by teaching ACSM certification workshops for Fitness Education Network.
