Diabetes Power hour will take place today at 11am. We are going to walk outside with our wonderful lead gardener, Leah. We hope you decide to get bundled up, come get your steps in, and your blood flowing as a mid-day pick me up with our team.

Diabetes Power hour is inclusive to all, and we encourage anyone to attend our support group.
