Wellness check ups are covered by all insurances and is good for 1 year to the date for ages 2-18 years. When you call please have our staff check to see if your child is due and let them know that you need a sports physical.

Parents, we understand being a pediatric clinic in a small community we are providers to lots of friends and family. We would like to remind you that phone calls, texts, and messaging through social media to our providers and staff are not appropriate means of medical communication. All medical information given out must be documented therefore we provide our patients with an after hours on call service with the nursing staff at Children’s Hospital of Alabama. Our staff work hard so during their off time it is time spent with their families.

If you have a medical emergency or question outside of our normal office hours, please contact our on call service at 256-268-7775.
