Enfamil just recalled 145,000 cans of Plant-Based (aka soy) formula. Check the bottom for you cans for ZL2HZF and ZL2HZZ, which have number 300871214415 beneath the barcode and a use-by date of March 1, 2024.

I love this analogy...You are holding a cup of coffee ☕️ when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, causing you to spill your coffee everywhere.

Why did you spill the coffee?

"Because someone bumped into me!!!"

Nope.

You spilled the coffee because there was coffee☕️ in your cup.

Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea .

Quench your thirst with this healthy refreshing smoothie!

Pineapple Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen banana slices (about 1 medium banana)
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey (optional)

Directions: Add almond milk and yogurt to a blender, then add spinach, banana, pineapple, chia and sweetener (if using); blend until smooth.

Bone health is important as we age. Get your bones healthy and happy with exercise and calcium rich foods!

Exercise can be as simple as walking when it comes to bone health. Walk at a speed you can maintain for at least 20 minutes 2-3 times per week then build up your distance and time as you become stronger. Resistance exercises with free weights and bands can also help with bone strength. Perform resistance exercises 2-3 times per week for both upper and lower body.

Calcium rich foods don't just include dairy. Think about adding some of these different types of foods to your grocery list this week to help support bone health!

- Prunes
- Salmon with bones
- Broccoli
- Kale
- Okra
- Almonds
- Tofu
- Eggs
- Black beans
- Whole wheat bread
