We had the most grounding, creative, joy-filled Vision Board Day at Damron Counseling ✂️✨

Instead of focusing on “our best selves” for 2026, we focused on something deeper:

👉 Our most authentic selves.

Margaret invited us to bring magazines, fabrics, quotes, images — anything that represented the “glimmers” in our lives.
What inspires us.
What connects us.
What feels true.

There were surprise guests (😂), lots of Mod Podge, and even more laughter.

What emerged wasn’t hustle or pressure.
It was clarity.
It was creativity.
It was connection.

This is the kind of space we want to hold — not just for ourselves, but for our clients too.

The Reading Education Assistance Dogs (R.E.A.D.) program improves children’s reading and communication skills by employing a powerful method: reading to an animal. But not just any animal. R.E.A.D. companions are registered therapy animals who volunteer with their owner/handlers as a team, going to schools, libraries, and many other settings as reading companions for children.
